Lisbon . 29 Oct 2010 – Heavy rain poured on the capital on friday morning causing heavy damage throught the city, most serious in downtown, stopping the car traffic and metro train activity.
Reaching 1 meter high, the water was everywhere, causing also blackouts in some areas, the emergency teams were in full request with hundreds of calls to firemans and Civil Protection Alert System.
